The points are shared in stalemate to Atalanta (0-0)

Lazio earned a point from the always tough trip to Bergamo, in the Serie A seventh fixture. The game was an intense one with a lot of chances, although neither side was able to break the opponent's defensive line. Pedro displayed in the final stage of the game, boosting the attacking line but failing to score a goal for the visitors' side.

The clearest chances of the first half came through Mattéo Guendouzi for Lazio, who grazed the top corner with a shot, while Kamaldeen Sulemana missed a clear header for Atalanta in the closing minutes.

The second half saw Atalanta take a more incisive approach, creating numerous scoring opportunities. However, Sarri's strong defensive performance and determination to resist the increasingly intense home side's pressure ultimately led to the points being shared.
