Lazio bowed out of Coppa Italia away at San Siro (4-0)

SS Lazio fell to defeat away against AC Milan on Coppa Italia last-8 round, played at San Siro Stadium on Wednesday night. Rafael Leao broke soon the deadlock and signed the assist to Oliver Giroud -former Pedro teammate at Chelsea FC- as the French ace signed the third goal also before the break. Kessie made it 4-0 in the second half.

After an outstanding return to Serie A duty last Saturday in Firenze, Maurizio Sarri called Pedro to action after the break at San Siro (50') as the Spaniard tried hard to close the gap on the scoreboard.

Pedro made an impact on the game alongside Luis Alberto and Raúl Moro, adding extra energy and pace to Biancocelesti's attacking line, but visitors couldn't get reward and Kessie finally secured a place in semis for the Bianconeris. Next stop, Serie A home fixture against Bologna.
