Pedro Rodríguez's team attempted it all, with the Spaniard performing in the final spell of the game.
Udinese made the first blood through the Frenchman Florian Thauvin, in the 21st minute, although the advantage did not last too long for the visitors. Baroni’s men fought hard to get the equaliser until they hit the target ten minutes after with a goal from Romagnoli.
The second half featured the participation of the Spaniards Pedro and Patric, bringing depth to a more vertical Lazio team in the hard task of winning the match. However, neither locals nor visitors could break the 1-1 final result.
