Two goals not enough to keep Lazio alive in Europe (2-2)

SS Lazio put t all at stake on Europa League Last-32 against Porto to get a sport on the next round draw and were close to at the Olimpìco, but the Portuguese squad and the woodwork could manage the final attack by the local side and get the most from their first-leg advantage.

On injury-time Lazio had a chance to equalise the aggregate score when Cataldi scored the second goal for Lazio, after Matheus Uribe’s strike on 68’, despite locals made the first blood with a goal by Immobile and Taremi made the 1-1 soon after from the kick-spot.

Pedro Rodríguez was on Maurizio Sarri’s starting lineup and tried hard to put Lazio ahead before being subbed at 71’ by Raul Moro.
