Resurrection at the Olimpico after win over Juventus (1-0)

SS Lazio are back on track. After the international break, Pedro Rodríguez's team – on the starting line-up against Juventus. – won the Serie A fixture with last gasp goal by Marusic, as his outstanding header gave a well-deserved reward to 90-minute strong effort. The new gaffer Igor Tudor made his debut in charge of the Laziali side with an important victory that put the Olimpico faithfull on fire. Pedro was back in starting role with a superb performance on the pitch ball until he was replaced by Isaksen in the 57th minute.

It was not an easy task in a match with lack of chances, as the clearest ones fell to the Biancocelesti team. But the locals despite dominating the 'Vecchia Signora', had to work until the last moment to find the big prize in the 90'+3' minute to find the three points in a header from the Montenegrin Marusic, from a clinical cross by Guendouzi. The all three points grabbed put SS Lazio four points down from an European spot.
