Pedro shows the way in win against Genoa (3-1)

Lazio grabbed three important points in Serie A fixture against Genoa. Goals in both halves sealed the win as the visitors scored the final 3-1 short before the final whistle. The Spaniard put the Biancocelesti on the driving seat -assisted by Felipe Anderson, and after the break, Acerbi (75’) and Zaccagni (81’) secured the win despite the final strike by Melegoni (86’).

Pedro maintains his outstanding shape and he showed again with a strong performance, scoring the opener on minute 36’. Before that, two shots by the Spaniard on minutes 7' and 16' were close to breaking the deadlock.

League numbers of the 21-22 season for Pedro are amazing, with six goals in 18 games played. It means that before Christmas he has improved the precedent season total record of five Serie A goals in 27 games played.
