Lazio slip out of Europa League after one-goal defeat (1-0)

SS Lazio suffered a one-goal defeat away against Feyenoord in the latest Group F fixture on Thursday. Despite a hard-fought game performed by Maurizio Sarri's squad, a single goal by Mexican Santiago Giménez in the second half (64') decided the game as the Italians are bowed out from the competition and will play the Conference League.

Pedro played the final stage of the game when visitors pushed hard to score an equaliser to maintain themselves alive in the Europa League, but the strong defensive performance by Feyenoord in combination with the win by Midtjylland over Sturm Graz (2-0) left Italians without chances to pass through to the knock-out phase.
