An update on the injuries to Pedro in the game in China has been issued by Blues’ official website: “Pedro stayed in hospital overnight in Beijing for observation having sustained a concussion and facial injuries in last night's game against Arsenal. He will now return to London for further review”.
Pedro went down yesterday -during Chelsea-Arsenal friendly played in Beijing- under an Ospina challenge as both players attempted to win the ball. The Spaniard left the field of play to receive treatment and was replaced by the young French attacker Jeremie Boga.
