“Together it’s possible to climb up the table”

After an impressive performance on Saturday at The Bridge -scoring his first home goal- Pedro denies he is unsettled and says he is looking forward to playing under Guus Hiddink, who has been put in charge of the team for the rest of the season.

“I’m happy here. This information that I’m not is false. I am very satisfied to be here in this club. I am happy with the supporters and this team. Obviously the situation is not good but together it is possible to climb up the table.”

Coach Guus Hiddink is taking charge of the squad after the 3-1 win over Sunderland. The former Holland coach was also at the helm at Stamford Bridge for three months in 2009.

“Guus Hiddink is a very good coach and I am sure the club is confident about him. He spoke with me after the Sunderland game for a minute in Spanish and I had a good feeling. For me it was perfect. He was telling me is happy here and with the team.”
