Paulo Fonseca's team were defeated away at San Siro on Wednesday night as Inter Milan won the Serie A 36th Matchday fixture (3-1). The Giallorossi squad fought hard to overcome an early two-goal gap after strikes from Bozovic and Vecino, and they started the comeback with Mkhitaryan's goal, but deserved goals did not come in the second despite a Good display by AS Roma. Lukaku in injury time (90 ') scored the final 3-1.
The Giallorossi are placed in seventh place in the Serie A table, after the Sassuolo defeat against Juventus. Pedro was again in the starting line-up at San Siro and played the full first half 45 minutes. After the break, he was replaced by El Sharaawy.
