Pedro, Diego Costa and Kenedy were all involved in the final training session before the game against Paris Saint-Germain tomorrow (19:45 GMT), but John Terry was absent.
Diego Costa missed Saturday’s draw with Stoke because of a minor tendon injury, but he joined the group at a chilly Cobham, as did Pedro who suffered a hamstring injury at Southampton 10 days ago.
Also training was Kenedy. He went off with a groin problem during the win at Norwich. Falcao was another involved though he is not in our Champions League list so can’t feature at Stamford Bridge tomorrow. John Terry and Kurt Zouma were the only absentees from the first team squad.
The first 15 minutes of today’s session was open to journalists and they saw the players warm up and then partake in some games of piggy-in-the-middle, while the goalkeepers went off in a separate group to practise close-range saves.
Another attendee at training was Marouane, a young Chelsea supporter who has cancer. The UEFA Foundation organised his visit and he was delighted to meet his heroes after the session including Eden Hazard.
